New for this version:  Contains both the Speech API and Microsoft(R) Text-to-Speech Engine version 4.0 (redistributed by license) not included with version 1.0.0. The lack of these two items made installation difficult for many users.

Let your computer read those lengthy text files to you while you relax or move about the house. Great for persons who cannot read, those with weak eyesight, and those of us who are just too lazy or busy to read for ourselves. Sample stories are included. StoryTeller was originally developed to assist the disabled and learning impaired, but is equally valuable to the educational development of children and adults alike. If you're not sure if you have a text-to-speech engine, most computers DO - its usaully part of the installed sound card. Full Documentation included.
